What is Home Watch?
Home Watch is a scheduled property check to ensure your home and property are safe and secure while you're away. The basic service includes:

Exterior checks of property and all points of entry (doors, windows) for signs of forced entry, insects or rodents etc.

Interior checks of all points of entry

Appliance checks

Check and confirm the working condition of HVAC & plumbing, check for signs of leaks

Use of light timers and/or SMART technology to give the allusion of an occupied home

Clear front entry of debris, mail etc.

As with all of our services, Home Watch is fully customizable and additional services (i.e. mowing, watering, groceries on arrival etc.) can be provided and/or coordinated at your request.
